HACKETTSTOWN, NJ, (Warren County) – Hackettstown’s second annual New Year’s Eve Blast was a huge success, despite rainy weather. The event provided a memorable experience for attendees, filled with performances, live music, food, and entertainment.
The evening began with a rendition of the National Anthem by 10-year-old Giana Pichardo from Hackettstown, followed by an energetic live performance from Joe Ratz of Bombed Opera. The TCA Cheerleaders added excitement with their dynamic routines, and DJ SC3 Entertainment kept the crowd dancing well into the night.
Local food vendors were also a hit, with offerings from Marley’s Wings & Things on Wheels, Marley’s Cravin’ Cuban & Things, Brewnicorn Truck, and Humpty Junior’s. The Hackettstown Moose Lodge provided roast beef sandwiches at the Moore Street Firehouse, adding to the variety of food available to attendees.
A highlight of the evening was the M&M’S® “Ball Drop” at the intersection of Main Street and High Street. Honored guests, Michal Riha, Site Director for the Mars Hackettstown facility, and Hackettstown Mayor Jerry DiMaio, helped count down to the new year, accompanied by the M&M’S® Characters, marking the event’s grand finale.
