Hackettstown police announce ‘Spook the House’ contest winners

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – The Hackettstown Police Department has announced the winners of this year’s “Spook the House” Halloween decorating contest, showcasing the community’s spirit and creativity.

This fun-filled event encouraged residents to transform their homes into haunted masterpieces, and the results were nothing short of spectacular.

The winners, chosen for their outstanding decorations, are:

  • 72 North Main Street

The contest was sponsored by the Hackettstown Police Department and co-sponsored by the Hackettstown Business Improvement District.

Jay Edwards

Born and raised in Northwest NJ, Jay has a degree in Communications and has had a life-long interest in local radio and various styles of music. Jay has held numerous jobs over the years such as stunt car driver, bartender, voice-over artist, traffic reporter (award winning), NY Yankee maintenance crewmember and peanut farm worker. His hobbies include mountain climbing, snowmobiling, cooking, performing stand-up comedy and he is an avid squirrel watcher.
