Haven Real Estate Collective celebrates ribbon cutting, anniversary in Clinton
CLINTON, N.J. (Hunterdon County) — The Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce joined Haven Real Estate Collective in celebrating the company’s anniversary and official ribbon-cutting ceremony at its office at 19 Main St. in Clinton.
The event recognized the continued growth of the boutique real estate brokerage and its commitment to providing relationship-focused real estate services throughout Hunterdon County and the surrounding region.
Founded by broker-owner Teresa Trigas-Pfefferle, Haven Real Estate Collective was created to offer a more personalized alternative to larger, transaction-focused real estate models. The firm specializes in distinctive homes, lifestyle properties and customized client representation, while also providing property management and project management services.
“I’m fifth-generation Hunterdon County, so this community has always been personal to me,” said Teresa Trigas-Pfefferle, broker-owner and founder of Haven Real Estate Collective. “After years inside increasingly corporate real estate models that prioritized volume over people, I knew I wanted to build something different. Haven became a way to honor my roots here while offering clients a more thoughtful, curated approach to buying and selling homes — boutique by design.”
Trigas-Pfefferle has more than 24 years of experience in the real estate industry and has served in leadership positions at the local, state and national levels, including as president of her local Board of Realtors and as a voting director with the National Association of Realtors.
In 2025, she earned the New Jersey Realtors Gold Level Circle of Excellence distinction and received the organization’s Lifetime Distinguished Sales Award.
Today, the firm is known for representing farms, river-town properties, acreage estates and architecturally distinctive homes throughout the region.
“Many people assume a larger brokerage automatically creates an advantage when selling a home,” Trigas-Pfefferle said. “In reality, what often matters more is the level of oversight, strategy, and direct involvement behind the representation. We chose to remain boutique by design, so our clients receive a more intentional and hands-on experience from start to finish.”
Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Christopher J. Phelan congratulated the business on its milestone celebration.
“Haven Real Estate Collective represents the entrepreneurial spirit and community commitment that continue to make Hunterdon County a wonderful place to live, work, and invest,” said Phelan. “Teresa and her team have built a business centered on relationships, professionalism, and personalized service, and we are proud to celebrate this exciting milestone with them. The Chamber is honored to welcome and support businesses like Haven that contribute to the strength and vibrancy of our local economy.”
The Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce said the celebration reflects Haven Real Estate Collective’s continued commitment to providing a relationship-driven real estate experience while contributing to the county’s business community and local economy.
