Hopatcong State Park closes June 25 for emergency plumbing repairs
LANDING, N.J. (Morris County) — Hopatcong State Park will be closed Thursday, June 25, because of emergency plumbing repairs, according to New Jersey State Parks officials.
The closure applies to all park uses. Officials anticipate the park will reopen Friday, June 26, and resume normal operations.
Visitors looking for alternative swimming destinations are encouraged to visit nearby state parks, including Swartswood State Park, Wawayanda State Park and Round Valley Recreation Area.
