We wish you continued success,” Lanza said.

The Stockton Inn’s nine rooms will open in mid-October, and its upscale Italian restaurant, The Finch, which will be headed by a James Beard Award-nominated chef, will open in November. The restaurant’s hours will be 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, and reservations are recommended.
