Hunterdon County man killed in Pennsylvania Crash

TINICUM TOWNSHIP, PA (Bucks County) –  A Hunterdon County man is dead following a crash on Saturday in Bucks County.

Michael Amend, 34, of High Bridge Borough, was a passenger in the vehicle that hit a tree around 1:08 p.m. in the 800 block of River Road in Tinicum Township, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio.

Amend was pronounced dead on Saturday, Oct. 19, at 6:25 p.m. at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, PA, Buglio said.

An autopsy conducted on Tuesday determined that the manner of death was accidental, resulting from blunt force injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident, Buglio said.

The crash remains under investigation.
