Injuries reported after tree falls onto car, causing a two-vehicle crash in Warren County

HOPE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Injuries were reported after a tree falls onto car and then caused a two-vehicle crash in Warren County, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Trooper Troy McNair.

The crash happened at around 6:00 a.m. on County Route 519 in the area area of milepost 46.5 in Hope Township, McNair said.

A preliminary police investigation revealed that a Toyota Rav4, a Toyota 4Runner, and a Jeep SUV were traveling on County Route 519 when a tree fell on top of the Toyota Rav4 and caused the Toyota 4Runner and Jeep to collide, McNair said.

Minor injuries were reported, McNair said.

The crash remains under investigation and no additional was information available, McNair said.
