Lane restrictions planned on I-80 Delaware Water Gap bridge Tuesday for maintenance

WARREN COUNTY, N.J. — Drivers traveling between New Jersey and Pennsylvania should expect delays Tuesday as lane restrictions are scheduled on the Interstate 80 toll bridge at the Delaware Water Gap.

The bridge will be reduced to a single lane in each direction from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, officials said.

Maintenance crews will be performing lighting repairs during the closure period.

The restrictions may change due to weather, emergencies or other factors.

Motorists are advised to slow down, use caution and anticipate possible delays while work is underway.
