
Lottery scratch-off tickets stolen in three different Parsippany burglaries
PAPRSIPPANY-TROY HILLS, NJ (Morris County) – Parsippany police are searching for burglars who broke into three different stores and stole cash, vape products, computer, cash registers, and lottery scratch-off tickets.
The first burglary incident happened on March 29 at Gene’s Deli, located at 87 North Beverwyck Road. Four unknown male suspects arrived in a white sedan at around 1:26 a.m. and entered the store by smashing the front glass door and stole various lottery scratch-off lottery tickets, vape products and approximately $200 in cash, police said.
The second burglary happened on April 1 at Village Convenience Store, located at 109 Route 46 East. The store’s owner advised police that unknown suspects entered the store by smashing the front glass door and stole approximately 40 to 50 cases of lottery scratch-off tickets and $100 cash from the store’s register, along with an electronic payment transaction computer.
The initial investigation determined that 4 unknown males arrived in a white 4-door Audi sedan with out of state plates at around 12:43 a.m. Three men exited the vehicle, shattered the front door utilizing a rock and entered the store. The males were all wearing black clothing, facemasks and white gloves, police said.
The third burglary happened on April 1 at the Victory Mart, located at 1933 Route 46 East. The unknown suspects entered the store by smashing the front glass door. The suspects stole lottery scratch-off tickets and the cash registers and also damaged the lottery machine, police said.
The initial investigation determined that 4 unknown males arrived in a white 4-door Audi sedan at around 12:31 a.m. Two men shattered the front door and fled the scene before returning at 12:33 a.m. to burglarize the store, police said.
The same men were determined to have burglarized the Victory Mart and the Village Convenience Store, police said.
