MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — A 21-year-old Budd Lake man was arrested Tuesday evening after allegedly driving through a restricted section of the township’s police department parking lot multiple times while honking and yelling, police said.

At about 8:11 p.m., a blue Toyota minivan was seen entering the restricted area of the police parking lot with the horn sounding and the driver shouting out the window. According to police, the vehicle allegedly drove through the area a second time under the same conditions.

An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop and identified the driver as Zachary Petzinger. Police said Petzinger was uncooperative and did not provide a reason for his behavior.

He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass. Petzinger was taken to the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a court appearance.
