Man accused of stealing candy from Morris County 7-Eleven

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) — A man is accused of stealing candy from a 7-Eleven in Denville Township.

On Nov. 5, police responded to a report of shoplifting at the 7-Eleven located at 45 West Main Street. Upon arrival, officers reviewed security camera footage and identified the suspect as 34-year-old Taylor Cross, who was seen stealing four bags of candy, police said.

Following further investigation, Cross was located at another establishment in the township, according to police.

Cross was arrested and charged with shoplifting. He was released pending a court appearance, police said.
