Mosquito treatment scheduled Tuesday morning in Montville
MONTVILLE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — Mosquito control crews are scheduled to treat a wooded area in Montville early Tuesday morning due to an increase in the adult mosquito population, weather permitting.
The Morris County Division of Mosquito Control is scheduled to conduct the treatment Tuesday, Aug. 11, between 4 and 6 a.m. using an all-terrain vehicle.
The treatment is planned for the area of Nicholas Street and Chapin Road near Rachel Gardens.
Crews will use either Anvil 2+2, which contains the active ingredient sumithrin, or Zenivex E4, which contains the active ingredient etofenprox.
