Man airlifted after ATV crash in Morris County

ROXBURY TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — A 61-year-old Roxbury Township man suffered a serious head injury and a juvenile passenger was hurt in an ATV crash Thursday evening on Mount Arlington Boulevard, according to police.

Police said officers were dispatched at approximately 7:37 p.m. to Mount Arlington Boulevard in Roxbury Township for a reported crash involving a 2017 Polaris ATV.

The Roxbury resident suffered a serious head injury in the crash and was flown to Morristown Medical Center. A juvenile passenger suffered minor injuries and was transported to Morristown Medical Center, authorities said.

The crash remains under investigation by Roxbury police with assistance from the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.
