BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP, NJ (Somerset County) – Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man accused of masturbating in front of a customer at a Target store in Bridgewater Township.
On Aug. 1, police responded to Target for the report of a male who masturbated in front of another customer. During the incident, the suspect arrived and exited the parking lot in a gray Hyundai Elantra.
