Morris County man accused of inhaling Dust Off

MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County man was charged after he was allegedly observed inhaling Dust Off in Mount Olive Township, police said.

On July 13, at 12:36 p.m., an officer was on routine patrol in the International Drive Mall Complex when the officer observed a man stopped on a bicycle in the area of Picatinny Federal Credit Union, police said.

As the officer approached the man, the officer saw him inhaling the contents of a Dust Off can. The officer made contacted the man, who was identified as Neil McWilliams, 62, of Flanders, and he was arrested, police said.

A search incident to arrest of McWilliams’ person produced two prescription pills in his front pocket, police said.

McWilliams was charged with use of toxic chemicals, possession of toxic chemicals, and possession of a prescription legend drug. He was then released pending a court appearance, police said.
