Morris County Prosecutor’s Office recognizes Victim Witness Unit promotions, welcomes new member

MORRISTOWN, N.J. (Morris County) — The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office recognized two members of its Victim Witness Unit following their promotions and welcomed a new member to the team on Wednesday.

Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll, First Assistant Prosecutor Meg Rodriguez and Chief of Detectives Mark Castellano recognized the unit members during a ceremony Oct. 7.

Victim Witness Coordinator Amanda Holloway and Supervising Victim Witness Advocate Jaclyn Foglio were presented with their credentials following their promotions.

Vicki Cooper, a former support staff member, also joined the unit as a Victim Witness Advocate trainee.

Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said, “The members of our Victim Witness Unit play a critical role in the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office commitment to justice – assisting victims during what could be the most challenging times of their lives, enabling them towards professional help, and helping them understand how investigations and prosecutions work. I congratulate Victim Witness Coordinator Amanda Holloway and Supervising Victim Witness Advocate Jaclyn Foglio on their new roles, and welcome Victim Witness Advocate Trainee Vicki Cooper, who together, form an effective Victim Witness team for the MCPO.”
