The Morris County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Unit (ESU) Friday participated in specialized training with the members of the Port Authority Police Department ESU and the New York Police Department ESU.

The purpose of this training was to enhance officer skill sets in working at high angles and the utilization of personal protective equipment.

“This very specialized personal protective equipment is designed for use in certain rescue and recovery incidents,” the sheriff’s office said.

Sgt. Jamie Rae, Officer Jonathan Feinberg, Officer Ivan Bajceski, and Officer Joseph Grieco attended the training session. All remarked how great it was to work and train with the PAPD and NYPD.
