WARREN COUNTY, N.J. — The Warren County Mosquito Control Commission has scheduled adult mosquito treatments in several municipalities Sunday and Monday evening.
Treatments are scheduled from 6:45 to 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, in Washington Township, Washington Borough, Oxford and Belvidere. The alternate treatment date is Monday, Sept. 21, during the same hours.
In Washington Township, treatment is planned for Dale Avenue, Castle Street, Brass Castle Road, Bowerstown Road, Old Canal Road, Kinnaman Avenue and Towpath Terrace.
In Washington Borough, crews are scheduled to treat Flower Avenue, Harding Avenue, Presidential Drive and Taft Terrace.
Oxford treatment areas include Lower Denmark Road, Pequest Road and the bike path between Pequest Road and Lower Denmark Road.
In Belvidere, treatment is scheduled for Hardwick, Mansfield, Knowlton, Fifth, Fourth and Third streets, along with alleys between Mansfield and Hardwick streets and between Hardwick and Knowlton streets.
Additional treatments are scheduled from 6:45 to 11:59 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, in Pohatcong Township, Greenwich Township, Alpha and Phillipsburg. The alternate date for those treatments is Tuesday, Sept. 22.
Pohatcong treatment areas include Sussex Street, Bliss Boulevard, Ohio Avenue, Liggett Boulevard, Passaic Avenue and Saint James Avenue. In Greenwich Township, treatment is scheduled for Main Street.
In Alpha, crews are scheduled to treat Williams Street, Olive Street, Fifth Avenue, Seventh Avenue and Alpha Street.
Phillipsburg treatment areas include Chambers, Washington, Hudson, Lewis, Heckman and Filmore streets; Tyndall, Summit and Fulton avenues; and Dugan, Taylor and Pear alleys.
