
Mosquito spraying set for Monday morning in 2 Morris County towns
MORRIS COUNTY, N.J. – The Morris County Mosquito Commission has announced that it will be using an All-Terrain vehicle to treat a section of woods and surrounding property in Hanover Township Monday morning.
Spraying is scheduled to take place from 4 to 7 a.m. on Monday, July 14, weather permitting, the commission said.
The following areas are scheduled to be treated:
- Hanover Township: Pond Rd (Brickyard Field)
The commission will be using Anvil 2+2, active ingredient Sumithrin, EPA#1021-1687-8329 or Zenivex E4, active ingredient Etofenprox, EPA#2724-807. Pesticide Applicator License Number 20262B.
The commission will also be using a truck mounted sprayer to treat streets in Rockaway Monday morning.
Spraying is scheduled to take place from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. on Monday, July 14, weather permitting, the commission said.
The following areas are scheduled to be treated:
- Rockaway: Cayuga Ave, Apache Trail, Jackson Ave, Algonquin Ave, North Brookside Dr, South Brookside Dr, W Lake Shore Dr, Delaware Ave, and Miami Trail.
The commission will be using Anvil 2+2, active ingredient Sumithrin, EPA#1021-1687-8329 or Zenivex E4, active ingredient Etofenprox, EPA#2724-807, Pesticide Applicator License Number 20262B.
