Mosquito spraying set for Thursday night in 2 Warren County towns

WARREN COUNTY, NJ – The Warren County Mosquito Commission has announced that it will be spraying against mosquitoes Thursday night, weather permitting, in parts of Lopatcong Township, and Phillipsburg.

The mosquito spraying will go on from 8:00 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, with an alternate date of Sunday, Aug. 25, the commission said.

The following areas are scheduled to be treated:

  • Lopatcong Township: Mountain View Rd., Jacob Way, Belvidere, Rd., Jade Lane, Grant Way, Haze Way, Bryron Dr., Lauren Lane, Stonehenge Dr., Melanie Lane, Windsor Lane, Kyle Dr., Buckley Hill Dr., Canterbury Rd., Woodbine Rd., Powderhorn Dr., S. 1st St., Cromwell St., and S. 2nd St.
  • Phillipsburg: Pickford Ave., Hillcrest Blvd., Harte St., Barrymore Ave., Burke St., Howard St., Stockton St., Cherry Alley, Mercer St., Cedar Alley, Filmore St., Irwin St., Henderson St., Wilson St., Marshall St., Railroad Ave., Davis St., Bohway Ave., and St. James & St. Phillip Cemetery.
