Mosquito spraying set for Tuesday morning in 3 Morris County towns

MORRIS COUNTY, N.J. — The Morris County Mosquito Commission will conduct mosquito control operations using an all-terrain vehicle in wooded areas and surrounding properties in Lincoln Park Borough, Florham Park Borough, and Pequannock Township on Tuesday morning.

Spraying is scheduled to take place from 4 to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, weather permitting, the commission said.

The following areas are set to be treated:

  • Florham Park Borough: Brooklake Road (Range), Route 24
  • Lincoln Park Borough: Windsor Dr (Morris Canal Trail), Bog and Vly Ln
  • Pequannock Township: Robert Pl (Greenview Park)

The commission will use either Anvil 2+2, with active ingredient Sumithrin (EPA Reg. No. 1021-1687-8329), or Zenivex E4, with active ingredient Etofenprox (EPA Reg. No. 2724-807).
