Mosquito spraying set for Tuesday morning in 3 Morris County towns
MORRIS COUNTY, N.J.– The Morris County Mosquito Commission has announced that it will be using an All-Terrain Vehicle to treat woods and surrounding property in Green Village, Rockaway, and Florham Park Borough Tuesday morning.
Spraying is scheduled to take place from 4 to 7 a.m. Tuesday, August 5, weather permitting, the commission said.
The following areas are scheduled to be treated:
- Green Village: Green Village Rd (Firehouse)
- Rockaway: Beach St (Fireman’s Field)
- Florham Park Borough: Elm St (Municipal Complex)
The commission will be using Anvil 2+2, active ingredient Sumithrin, EPA#1021-1687-8329 or Zenivex E4, active ingredient Etofenprox, EPA#2724-807.
