Mosquito spraying set for Tuesday night in 2 Warren County towns

WARREN COUNTY, NJ – The Warren County Mosquito Commission has announced that it will be spraying against mosquitoes Tuesday night, weather permitting, in parts of Alpha Borough, and Phillipsburg.

The mosquito spraying will go on from 8:30 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 6, with an alternate date of Thursday, Aug. 8, the commission said.

The following areas are scheduled to be treated:

  • Alpha Borough: Williams St., 5th Ave., Olive St., 6th Ave., 7th Ave., Warren St., Garfield St., Orchard Alley, E. Central Ave., Flirt Alley, E. Vulcanite Ave., 4th Ave., Cedar Alley, Berry Alley, Sage St., Oak Alley, Peach St., Mitchell Alley, and Alpha St.
  • Phillipsburg: Morris St., Filmore St., Stuhl alley, Chambers St., Bennett St., Raymond St., Shafer Ave., Joseph St., Burwell Alley, Bullman St., Mitchell Alley, Summitt Ave., Schultz Ave., Green Alley, Glen Ave., Hudson St., Pear Alley, Dugan Alley, Tybdall Ave., Harris St., Washington St., Front St., Shimer Alley, Brainard St., Reese Alley, Taylor Alley, Heckman St., Pear Alley, Lock St., Irwin St., Henderson St., Wilson St., Marshall St., Railroad Ave., Davis St., Christie Alley., Bowhay Ave., Mary St., Tighe Alley, and Oak Alley.
