Netcong parks reopen for season; construction continues at DiRenzo Park

NETCONG BOROUGH, N.J. (Morris County) — Netcong’s parks have officially reopened for the season as of April 1, with officials reminding residents to use caution at one park still undergoing construction.

According to Netcong Recreation, DiRenzo Park is open but has ongoing construction, and visitors are urged to exercise care when using the area. The bathrooms and shed at the park remain closed until further notice.

At Arbolino Park, amenities including bathrooms, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts and the outdoor gym are open to the public.

Officials also reminded visitors to be respectful of park facilities and help keep them clean and safe.

Netcong Recreation said it is looking forward to the spring and summer season as residents return to enjoy the borough’s outdoor spaces.
