Netcong Recreation’s snowman building contest underway through April 1

NETCONG BOROUGH, N.J. (Morris County) — Netcong Recreation is encouraging residents to participate in its Snowman Building Contest, which is underway and runs through April 1.

In announcing the contest, organizers said, “We may only have a little snow right now… but we know more is coming,” as they invited residents to prepare for future snowfall and take part when conditions allow.
