NJ-TF1 continues critical operations in North Carolina following Hurricane Helene

NORTH CAROLINA – As the aftermath of Hurricane Helene unfolds, New Jersey Task Force 1 (NJ-TF1) remains on the ground in some of the hardest-hit areas of North Carolina.

The team is facing challenging conditions, including strong winds, heavy rainfall, and treacherous terrain in the mountainous regions, state police said.
