NJMVC mobile unit to offer REAL ID, registration services in Mansfield Township

MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) — The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission will host a mobile unit event in Mansfield Township offering residents access to a variety of motor vehicle services, Assemblyman John DiMaio announced.

The event is scheduled for May 18 at the Mansfield Township Municipal Building, located at 100 Port Murray Road in Port Murray.

The mobile unit is being organized in partnership with Mansfield Township and DiMaio’s office.

Appointments are required for services including REAL ID driver’s license upgrades, registration renewals, initial permits, non-driver identification cards and duplicate or replacement titles and registrations.

Officials noted that written or road tests will not be administered at the mobile unit.

Walk-in services will be available for residents surrendering license plates, obtaining handicapped, veteran or Purple Heart placards, or purchasing red Graduate Driver License decals.

Appointments will begin at 10 a.m., with the final appointment scheduled for 1:45 p.m.

DiMaio said appointment slots remain available for the event.

Residents can schedule appointments online through the New Jersey MVC mobile unit reservation system.
