No major injuries after touring bus rear-ends tractor-trailer on I-80 in Warren County

KNOWLTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – No major injuries were reported Wednesday morning after a touring bus struck the rear of a tractor-trailer on Interstate 80 in Warren County, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Philip Curry.

The crash occurred at 6:44 a.m. on Interstate 80 eastbound at milepost 8 in Knowlton Township, Curry said.

A preliminary police investigation revealed that a touring bus struck the rear of a tractor-trailer, Curry said.

There were 15 occupants on the bus and EMS responded to the scene but no major injuries were reported, Curry said.
