Passengers transferred after smoke reported from Greyhound bus on I-80 in Warren County
BLAIRSTOWN TONWSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) – Passengers were transferred to a relief bus after smoke was reported coming from a Greyhound bus on Interstate 80 in Warren County Friday night, according to New Jersey State Police.
Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle fire at about 11:05 p.m. on I-80 eastbound at milepost 9.2 in Blairstown Township, NJSP spokesman Tpr. II Christopher Postorino said.
When troopers arrived, they found smoke coming from the Greyhound bus, but no visible flames, Postorino said.
A relief bus arrived at the scene to transport the passengers. No injuries were reported at the scene.
