Paving to begin at Mendham Road and Roxiticus Road intersection in Mendham Township Oct. 17

MENDHAM TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — Morris County officials announced that paving operations will begin Friday, Oct. 17, at the intersection of Mendham Road (County Route 510) and Roxiticus Road in Mendham Township.

Work is scheduled to start at 6 a.m. Friday and is expected to take one to two days to complete, with final striping planned for Saturday, Oct. 18, weather permitting.

During construction, one lane of traffic will remain open on Mendham Road, and police will be on site to assist with traffic control. Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to plan alternate routes.

The paving marks the final phase of a drainage and curb construction project at the intersection. The work is being performed by Top Line Construction Corp. of Somerville under a $302,341 contract fully funded by Morris County.
