Phillipsburg police seek public’s help in investigation of incident on Hillcrest Blvd

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – Phillipsburg police are investigating an incident that occurred on Oct. 19 at around 12:05 a.m. on the 200 block of Hillcrest Boulevard.

While details regarding the nature of the incident have not been disclosed, authorities are actively seeking information from the public.

As part of their investigation, police have released a photo of a person of interest, noted for wearing a distinctive Naruto sweatshirt while covering their face.

Additionally, residents in the Morris Street, Summit Avenue, and Miller Street areas who may have home surveillance footage that captured this individual are urged to email any relevant video to Sergeant Koeller.
