Police investigate residential burglary in Washington Township, Morris County

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A residential burglary is under investigation in Washington Township.

According to police, on Friday, Jan. 26, at 3:35 p.m., officers responded to a residential burglary in progress on Warwick Drive.

Upon arriving, the suspect(s) had already fled from the scene, police said.

“Entry was forced into the residence and it appears the home was specifically targeted,” police siad.

Anyone who many have seen any suspicious vehicles or activity in the Warwick Drive area between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. is asked to contact Washington Township Police detectives at 908-876-3232.
