Powerball ticket worth $50K sold in Somerset County

SOMERVILLE, NJ (Somerset County) – One New Jersey Lottery ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Power Ball drawn for the Monday, August 7, drawing winning the $50,000 second-tier prize.

That ticket was sold at Shoprite #468, 1 S. Davenport St., Somerville.

The winning numbers for the Monday, August 7, drawing were: 06, 13, 20, 35, and 54. The Red Power Ball number was 22.

The Power Play was 2X. 24,830 New Jersey players took home an estimated $130,680 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200. The Powerball jackpot rolls to $170,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Wednesday, August 9, at 10:59 p.m.

The Double Play drawing is an additional drawing for players who opted-in to the Double Play feature on their tickets. The Double Play drawing results for the Monday, August 7, drawing were: 26, 29, 37, 49 and 63. The Double Play Ball number was 22.
