Previously trespassed woman arrested after returning to Hunterdon County motel
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Hunterdon County) — A Paterson woman was arrested after she allegedly returned to a Clinton Township motel from which she had previously been trespassed and refused to leave, according to police.
Officers responded to the motel on June 24 after receiving a report that the previously trespassed individual had returned to the property.
Police said officers found Nicole L. Zizzamia, 45, of Paterson, inside one of the motel rooms. After she allegedly refused multiple requests to leave the property voluntarily, officers placed her under arrest and transported her to Clinton Township Police Headquarters for processing.
During the investigation, officers also discovered Zizzamia was wanted on an outstanding warrant issued by the Sussex County Superior Court, police said.
Zizzamia was charged with defiant trespassing and contempt of court. She was provided copies of the charges and transferred to the Hunterdon County Jail.
