BRANCHBURG TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Somerset County) — Raritan Valley Community College will host a Fall Open House on Saturday, Oct. 17, offering prospective students and their families an opportunity to learn about the college’s academic programs, financial aid and student services.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Nash Theatre at RVCC’s Branchburg campus. Attendees will also have an opportunity to apply to the college for free.
Prospective students and their families will be able to tour the campus and learn about academic programs designed for transfer to four-year colleges and universities, career programs developed in partnership with local industries and opportunities to earn college credit for life and work experience.
Information will also be available about support services for students transitioning to college, financial aid and options for paying for college.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet with RVCC faculty, staff and current students. Breakout sessions will cover the student experience, financial aid, adult learners, dual enrollment, the Honors College, transferring to four-year institutions, online learning and career training programs.
The college is located at 118 Lamington Road in Branchburg Township.
