ShopRite to host job fair on April 25

NEW JERSEY – ShopRite supermarkets will host walk-in hiring fairs later this month as part of a multi-state effort to recruit workers for a variety of positions, company officials said.

The hiring event is scheduled for April 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at participating ShopRite locations across New Jersey and other states. No advance registration is required, and applicants can visit stores to speak directly with hiring teams.

Open positions include general clerks, front-end associates, stocking staff and grocery department workers, among others.

Officials said both full-time and part-time roles are available, along with some management opportunities. Many positions offer on-the-job training and flexible scheduling.

ShopRite is part of Wakefern Food Corp., a retailer-owned cooperative of independently operated supermarkets. The hiring events will also take place at other Wakefern banners, though ShopRite locations are expected to participate widely across the region.

Company officials said employees may be eligible for benefits including tuition assistance, discounts and career development programs, as well as opportunities to support community initiatives such as hunger relief efforts.
