Single-lane traffic possible near Easton-Phillipsburg Toll Bridge during pothole repairs

PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. (Warren County) — Motorists approaching the Easton-Phillipsburg (Route 22) Toll Bridge may encounter single-lane traffic restrictions in each direction during daytime hours Monday and Tuesday while pothole repairs are completed, officials said.

The travel restrictions are scheduled to occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on March 9 and March 10, according to officials.

Maintenance personnel are expected to conduct pothole repairs during those hours.

Drivers are urged to reduce speeds and exercise caution while traveling through the work area.

Officials said any travel delays are expected to be minor.

The work schedule may change due to weather, emergencies or other factors, officials said.
