Snickers unveils pecan bar with limited-edition flatware set for ‘fancy’ treat moments
Snickers has introduced a limited-edition Snickers Pecan Flatware-Worthy Set, pairing its new Snickers Pecan bar with a mini platter, fork, and knife to encourage fans to elevate their snack break.
“When hunger hits and you’re feeling more drained than deluxe, sometimes you need a treat to reset,” the company said in a statement. The Snickers Pecan bar features caramel, nougat and milk chocolate — staples of the classic Snickers — with the added richness of pecans.
“At Mars, we love surprising our fans with unexpected ways to enjoy their favorite treats,” said Martin Terwilliger, marketing vice president for Mars Wrigley North America. “The Snickers Pecan Flatware-Worthy Set is a playful take on consumers’ desire to enjoy those little treat moments throughout the day, in a way that only Snickers can deliver — because Snickers Pecan isn’t just a treat, it’s a moment.”
The sets — which include a Snickers Pecan bar, flatware and a mini platter — are available at Snickers.com/PecanFlatware for $1.99. The sets will drop three times between now and June 25. Snickers fans can sign up for email reminders about future release times.
Snickers Pecan bars are also available at retailers nationwide in Single Size (1.41 ounces) and Share Size (2.82 ounces).
