Somerset County names Diana Guzman Fugitive of the Month for October

SOMERSET COUNTY, N.J. — A New Brunswick woman wanted on charges stemming from an alleged child abuse and aggravated assault case has been named the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Fugitive of the Month for October.

Diana Guzman, 35, is wanted for failure to appear on two counts of second-degree endangering-abuse/neglect of a child and one count of third-degree aggravated assault, according to the prosecutor’s office.

Authorities said the alleged offenses occurred in September 2025 in Franklin Township, Somerset County.

Guzman is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her last known address was in New Brunswick, Middlesex County.

Anyone with information about Guzman’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Fugitive Unit at 908-231-7100 or submit an anonymous tip through the prosecutor’s office tip system. Information can also be provided through the Somerset County Tip Line at 1-888-577-TIPS (8477). Authorities said tips will be kept confidential.
