Suspicious vehicle investigation leads to drug arrest in Morris County

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) –  A New York woman is facing drug charges after a suspicious vehicle investigation in Denville Township.

On Sept. 1, at around 3:00 a.m., officers checked on a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the TD Bank, located at 298 East Main Street, police said.

During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that a passenger, who was identified as Jena Seneca, 40, of Orchard Park, was allegedly under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), police said.

Seneca was also in possession of psilocybin, and drug paraphernalia, police said.

Seneca was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of CDS. She was released pending a court appearance, police said.
