SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ – Sussex County officials on Tuesday, October 5 are reporting 51 new COVID-19 cases and no additional deaths.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in Sussex County is at 16,926* and total deaths is at 322:

- Branchville Borough-78 and 0 deaths
- Byram Township-968 and 8 deaths
- Frankford Township-689 and 34 deaths
- Franklin Borough-607 and 3 deaths
- Fredon Township-353 and 5 deaths
- Green Township-458 and 8 deaths
- Hamburg Borough-432 and 6 deaths
- Hampton Township-579 and 3 deaths
- Hardyston Township-1,009 and 14 deaths
- Hopatcong Borough-1,807 and 17 deaths
- Lafayette Township-238 and 1 death
- Montague Township-384 and 3 deaths
- Newton-972 and 24 deaths
