Sussex County woman charged in stolen credit card investigation

FRANKLIN BOROUGH, N.J. (Sussex County) — A Franklin woman has been accused of using a stolen credit card to make fraudulent purchases and has been charged following an investigation, authorities said this week.

Sarah Kieselmann, 42, was arrested July 28 after police determined she had unlawfully taken possession of a credit card belonging to another person and used it to make purchases at multiple merchants between June 30 and July 3, 2025.

Police said the victim reported several unauthorized charges, some of which occurred in Franklin Borough.

Kieselmann was charged with fourth-degree possession of a stolen credit card and third-degree fraudulent use of a credit card.
