SUV crashes through guardrail, travels down embankment into river in Warren County
FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) — An SUV went off Willow Grove Road, struck a guardrail and traveled down an embankment into a river early Thursday morning in Warren County, according to New Jersey State Police.
Troopers responded to the crash at 12:39 a.m. in Franklin Township.
A preliminary investigation found a Honda SUV was traveling on Willow Grove Road when the driver lost control, went off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail, state police said.
The SUV then traveled down an embankment and into a river.
No injuries were reported at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information was available.
