Tommy’s Tavern & Tap to open at Ledgewood Commons in Morris County
LEDGEWOOD, N.J. (Morris County) — Tommy’s Tavern & Tap will open a new 9,160-square-foot restaurant at Ledgewood Commons, property owner Urban Edge Properties announced.
The addition marks the first new lease deal since Urban Edge acquired the shopping center. The restaurant will occupy a prime pad site and bring a full-service dining experience to the center, complete with a varied menu and full cocktail program.
“Ledgewood Commons has a high-demand tenant mix, and we’re confident that our shoppers and the greater community will embrace the addition of regional operator Tommy’s Tavern,” said Ronnie Bertrand, director of leasing at Urban Edge. “Additionally, the restaurant has a loyal regional following and we know they will draw new visitors to the center.”
Tommy’s Tavern, a fast-growing, family-owned chain, offers an award-winning menu featuring specialty wings, burgers, coal-fired pizza, sushi, salads and sandwiches. Its bar includes a wide selection of craft beers, whiskey and specialty cocktails.
Strategically located at the intersection of Route 46 and Route 10, Ledgewood Commons is anchored by major retailers including Walmart, Marshalls and Burlington, and features national chains such as Ulta, DSW, Starbucks and Chipotle.
Tommy’s Tavern was represented in the transaction by Tyler Bennett of Bennett Realty & Development, while Mike Testa of Jeffery Realty represented Urban Edge.
