Tractor-trailer overturns on I-80 in Warren County, driver sustains minor injuries

ALLAMUCHY TOWNSHIP, N.J. (warren County) — A tractor-trailer driver suffered minor injuries late Tuesday night after the vehicle overturned on Interstate 80 West in Allamuchy Township, according to New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron.

Troopers responded to the crash around 11:40 p.m. at milepost 20.6, Lebron said. A preliminary investigation revealed that the driver of a Volvo tractor-trailer lost directional control, struck the guardrail, and overturned.

The driver was treated for minor injuries, according to police.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and no additional information has been released.
