Warren County-based KickCharge Creative acquires fleet management company JumpSpark

WASHINGTON, N.J. (Warren County) — Warren County-based KickCharge Creative has acquired JumpSpark, a wrap installation and fleet management company, expanding the branding and digital marketing agency’s services for home service businesses.

KickCharge Creative, based in Washington, said the acquisition will allow it to combine branding, digital marketing, vehicle wrap installation and fleet management services.

“With JumpSpark as part of the KickCharge family, we can bring your brand full circle—from the way it’s built to the way your fleet is managed, maintained and seen on the road,” said Terri Lynne Briggs, President and Chief Operating Officer of KickCharge Creative. “A company’s fleet is one of its most visible and valuable assets, and this acquisition ensures our clients can manage and scale that presence with the same level of strategy and energy that we bring to their brands.”

KickCharge has worked with home service companies for more than 30 years, helping businesses develop branding designed to distinguish them in competitive markets.

JumpSpark specializes in fleet management and wrap installation for businesses in the trades. Its services include customized vehicle leasing strategies and assistance with fleet operations.

As part of the acquisition, JumpSpark will also include KickCharge’s fleet-wrapping capabilities. The company said clients will have access to a nationwide network of installers for vehicle wraps.

KickCharge said the acquisition is intended to provide clients with a more direct path from developing a brand to implementing it across company vehicle fleets while bringing fleet management and marketing services under one operation.
