Warren County man arrested for assault after attacking co-worker with pole

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Warren County man was arrested for assault after allegedly attacking a co-worker with pole in Hanover Township, according to police.

On Nov. 27, an officer responded to a residence where Juan Silveriodisla, 33, of Hackettstown and a co-worker were working on a house. During the course of their work, a verbal argument escalated into a physical altercation, police said.

Silveriodisla allegedly assaulted the co-worker with a pole, which was used as a weapon during the attack, police said.

As a result of the incident, Silveriodisla was arrested and charged with assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. He was then released pending a court apperneace, police said.
