Warren County man faces several charges after incident with machete
OXFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Warren County man was arrested and charged following an incident involving a machete, police say.
On October 21, at around 8:58 p.m., officers responded to a physical altercation in the parking lot of Cambridge East in Oxford Township, police said.
Upon arrival and after a subsequent investigation, a 62-year-old man from Oxford Township was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a machete, possession of a machete for an unlawful purpose, aggravated assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, and maintaining a nuisance, police said.
The man, whose name was not released, was lodged in the Warren County Jail, police said.
