Warren County woman faces drug charges after traffic stop

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Hackettstown woman was arrested after police discovered drugs during a traffic stop in Clinton Township, according to Clinton Township Police Chief Thomas A. DeRosa.

On February 3, police stopped a vehicle on Route 31 North near Walnut Pond Road, DeRosa said.

During the stop, K9 Uzza alerted to the presence of narcotics. Rosemary Studwell, 35, of Hackettstown, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was allegedly found to be in possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia.

Studwell was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was then released pending a court appearance.
