
Woman accused of distributing marijuana without license from Morris County smoke shop
ROCKAWAY BOROUGH, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County woman has been arrested following an investigation into marijuana distribution in Rockaway Borough, according to Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll.
The complaint alleges that between April 2024 and November 2024, Juliana Lubrano, 28, of Mendham Township, distributed marijuana without a license from the High Supply Smoke Shop, located at 3 Bank Street, Rockaway Borough, Carroll said.
As a result of the investigation, on November 20, 2024, detectives executed a search warrant at the business. Marijuana, hashish, paraphernalia, and over $6,000 in suspected narcotics proceeds were seized, Carroll said.
Lubrano was charged on February 12 with third-degree possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Additionally, the Randolph Health Department charged Lubrano with a local ordinance violation for a health code violation, Carroll said.
Pursuant to the Criminal Justice Reform Act, Lubrano was released pending a court appearance, Carroll said.
